The pinky side is sliced to better match the angles of the palm. Some of Easton’s later 4-Rolls’ 3rd and 4th rolls were convex and concave, respectively. I’ve never worn a pair of Easton’s but I imagine this was worked out to better fit the fisty formation of the hand when holding a stick. Both examples feature mostly straight rectangular rolls on the backhand, so they’re still 4-Rolls in my mind. My Nexus 2900s have a little taper to the piece right over the knuckles where the fingers meet, but I never noticed until I looked. I always thought of them as direct descendants to Cooper BDP Pros, which do have all perfect rectangle rolls. Growing up those were my grail gloves. I had SC Pros which were a short cuff model, hence the name.
swede 48 Report post Posted September 14 Warrior Franchise or Warrior Bonafide X.. not a big difference in those two. Both are great gloves. To bad they are impossible to find in Europe nowdays.
bl4 39 Report post Posted October 5 I tried the True 4-rolls and am planning to return them (just posted on that thread). So, I think I'll go ahead and order some custom Eagles next week. Question for the group: any preference among the following models that Eagle will make custom AERO CUSTOM PRO AERO TEAM X72 X95 X70 CP94 PPF I'm currently in PPFs, and I used to have x50s and x51s, but unfortunately the 50 and 51 aren't models. I'm inclined to stick with the PPFs or try the x70 or CP94
