Mission M-1 pants

I bought a pair of mission m-1 pants back in october but i am having problems with bruising my hips real bad. Is this just something that will happen with any pair of pants or is there something better that wont make me sacrifice weight and mobility for protection? Would a girdle help with the pad that stay more in place?

I guess the biggest question is do they fit correctly??

Yeah they fit fine. I used to have a pair of easton airs and had no problems with those but i just dont like the stiffness of those pants.

yeah, i've been bruised a couple times in mine too. sometimes i land on my hip and hit where theres no padding...the gap between the thigh pads and the waist

The only time I've seen that happen is when guys wear their pants too low. I've seen it happen with every brand of pant. The internal hip pad should cover your hip without any problems. A girdle will stay in place but there are gaps in the pads.
