Broken Visor

So yesterday i was at a tournament and we were playing this massive team, i mean they were huge and boy did they hit hard. So anyways i passed the puck and a good 4-5 secodns after me i dotn see the guy but he was a big goon, he hits me straight to the head, i obvioulsy fall, not inuured, thank g-d, and when i get back to the bench i realize that he broke my visor. i was so pissed off, we ended up losing in double overtime cause of shitty reffing, i palyed the who,d game in the visor. we got a new one but my dad wnats me to crazy glue the mask where it broke, whats your take on this.

That'd be a pretty stupid idea. Once that thing is broken, no amount of glue or epoxy or anything else is going to hold it together. If you glue it back together and end up taking a shot to the face, you could end up getting badly hurt.

Toss it out, it won't hold up to any kind of hit. Get a $20 cage as a backup.

it will either shatter in your eyes, or one of the jagged edges will cut your eyes. Is your vision worth the cost of a new visor?

Throw it away, don't even keep it as a backup, just completely get rid of it.

Use any kind of duct tape, Scotch tape, crazy glue, etc...that you want to use to temporarily repair your shinpads or elbowpads. But anything relating to your helmet/visor, just replace it.

Too risky if you try to repair it. You were lucky it didn't shatter on you this time.
