my neck is ravaged

i slept weird last night and my neck has a massive kink in it, meaning i can not really turn my head to the left nor tilt it back. normally, i'd just go to bed early but i have a hockey game tonight, so does anyone have any quick solutions to ... for lack of a better word, dissolve the kink?
