lightest wood blade

Recommended Posts

so no butt end or like a hollowed out one?

I had a easton ultra lite blade in there and it was blade heavy as hell....

Does the model of the blade have to do with weight at all?

I found Ultra lites to be fairly heavy. If it gets too heavy with a wood blade (which honestly aren't that heavy) then cut an extra 3" off and add a wood plug.

Do you think ultra lites are heavier than the wood blade you were using or just wood blades in general for that matter?

the ones i have seen were way heavier than a prostock tps blade and the easton hybrids.

Ultra Lite blades are heavier, or at least feel heavier in my sticks to me, than any wood blades in general.

i was at the shop comparing the 7500 and the XV blades. The 7500 was actually lighter, and i'm really liking it so far. The Lindros' i've seen have been clsoer to modanos though

I have an idea. Go into your authorized TPS dealer and order a set.

how are your thickness wise compared to the 7500 blades? All of the R2 woods seem to be very thick, at least around here.
