they both look like theres a lot of wip when they shoot so probably around 85

Doesn't mean it looks whip that they are using a whip flex. Look at Fedorov, he seems to have a pretty whip flex but he is using a 200-220 in Inno terms...

A kid I know has a Jagr Koho ABS cap shaft from the 1999-2000 season.It's flexible but not overly whippy,between 90-100

Jagr being as strong as he is,I was suprized he didn't use stiffer flex.I guess since 99 percent of his shots are wristers,he'd want moer flex

Being very strong can make a very stiff stick look like it's whippy when it really isn't.
