Jersey collar question

Does anyone know where I can find Practice jerseys with the collar like this? -

These days it seems like all mfr's practice jerseys have this kind of collar, which I hate -

that collar is done to keep cost down. when most practice jerseys are puchased, the customer is looking for cheap.

that bauer jersey, is the pro/collegiate practice jersey... cost is not the issue there.

without ordering special, not sure if you will find a plain practice jersey with that type of collar.

I found that the Bauer Flo-Knit Hockey Practice Jersey has the collar I want. Fogdog.com has them for $8 each, but they only have black (I wanted to buy a black and white together).

Does anyone know of any stores that carry them? I looked online but Fogdog is the only place I can find.
