Iginla and Messier curves

Recommended Posts

People say that the messier is closest to an iginla when judging from the Pattern DB, theyre not that close at all? Are they closer than the DB says?

i whanted to try a R2 Messier curve but i finally choose to go with my regular synthesis Iginla

I used to LOVE(only swear by messier)when i was using wood stick and when the OPS arrived, The messier curve wasnt nothing compared to my wood messier curve...so i change to the modano than the inginla...

But now i whanted to try the messier curve and this is what i found...

1.Mid curve like the Iginla

2.Not open like the Iginla is...more like a modano

3.As for the LIE i don't really care...

I'm not a expert for explaining a curve...but in my opinions it a mix of a modano/Iginla...

ive compared to the 2 at my house - and im pretty convinced they're the same blade. the messier has changed since it first came out - the last year model is in my eyes an iginla. i also found no difference in the lie either other than on curve databases online. looking at them both i think even the lie is the same.

The Messier has changed over the last couple of years on the TPS OPS. The earlier version was close to the Iggy but now it seems closer to the original Bauer Triflex Lindros pattern.
