the stealth is the worst stick ever made ,i got mine a week ago and today during a spring league game it broke rite where the top "e' is,im so pissed that stick is deff* not worth $200,if i were you id get the xn10 same weight but cheaper only $129 at greatskate

From all the topics I have seen about this, it dosen't look like your the only one having that problem. Give Easton some time, and hopefully they will wrok this problem out.

As I've mentioned in a few other places (quite a few, actually), I have a Stealth, and have noted that the flex is not consistant throughout the shaft. The top part (towards the handle) is way more flexible than that towards the bottom. Sort of the concept behind the much maligned tri-flex perhaps? I don't know.

Perhaps this was intentional, meant to make it whippier for wrist shots, and stiffer for slap shots (where your grip would be lower on the shaft).

However, the top really does flex quite a bit. Maybe they went light on some of the durability type materials up higher to save on weight? I don't know. Regardless, given the extra flex up top, I'm not surprised.

HOWEVER, N29 is right - that problem has been noted quite a bit across this board.
