No LHS have a size 6 in the RBK 8 skates. WHY?

So finally the LHS here in Ottawa received the RBK 8K skates. Wow I am actually very impressed with the skates. Look very durable and comfy. And they are not too flashly like the Flexlite skates. But how come none of the stores, even online retailers don't have anything smaller then a size 6.5 ? Because I am a size 6.0. Weird. Anyone know why ? <_<

I think that is the cut off for senior and youth skates. I could be wrong though.

For Reebok I believe it is. For other company's I believe it is 6.

The 8k's are priced the same as the Vector Pros. I had 4 customers try them on today, all liked them, just not the price tag. The other models will be here soon, they are lower cost and more palatable to the average Joe.

Thats weird how come CCM Vector Pro skates go down to size 6.0 and anything below that is junior. Stupid small feet of mine I feel like I am being discriminated by hockey stores just because I have smaller feet . :P

In my area (two LHS) they are 699.00 CAD, which is I believe 100.00 more then the CCM Vector Pro. And yes its definetly pricey, all skates are definetly over priced today, just like shoes. Nike Flexlites are the most overpriced considering they are MADE IN CHINA :angry: and will sell for 250.00 dollars everywhere next year. By the way I saw the 8K and the 7K and there is hardly any difference between them.

Really? I havent found any size 6 Rbk 8s on any sites...I thought Reebok musta just bumped up there Sr. minimum...

The buying "season" for junior skates is late July and August. They probably see no rush to get them out, not going to sell many till then.

We do offer a size 6 SR RBK 8K. What you have to remember is that each individual store determines exactly which sizes they will carry. I am not sure about all the shops you guys work at, but based on our sales numbers size 6 in high end skates is not the best seller.

Corry, you are correct, that size is not a best seller. Curious why I didn't get any of the jr 8k's, they are all on back order.
