how do you package a stick for shipment?

whats the best way to wrap/protect a stick when mailing?

wrap it in several pieces of cardboard like a mummy and tape it up?

cardboard tubes? then what do you do with the blade?

There are probably some threads that would already answer this, but I just wrap the shaft with bubble wrap and put it in a thin, long box you can buy. Then I just but bubble wrap and a torn cardboard envelope over the blade.

wrapping the stick with a garbage bag and then candycaning duct tape down the shaft has worked for me. Just tape/wrap some cardboard over the blade.

when I ordered my Inno sticks, they came in a large piece of cardboard wrapped around the shaft, then the same width piece wrapped around the blade. The two were taped/stapled together. The mailman must have thought I ordered a gun or something :lol:
