wickedwrister 0 Report post Posted April 15, 2005 This may be a dumb question but......... I want to put Lightspeeds (not the new ones) on my Bauer 6500 Supremes which now have Custom+'s runners. They are both 272's and LOOK like they should line up ok. Will they?

JR Boucicaut 3810 Report post Posted April 15, 2005 I've found they do not line up. Especially with wide sizes, which uses the next size up holder.
wickedwrister 0 Report post Posted April 15, 2005 JR,The Lightspeeds are coming off a pair of Bauer 6000's size 7.5EE and going on the Bauer 6500's 7.5EE. They are both 272 as stated. Change anything?
JR Boucicaut 3810 Report post Posted April 15, 2005 You'll still have to drill.I'll have my riveter up by Tuesday. If you want to ship it down, let me know.

Change anything? redrilling a few holes is no big deal, unless the new hole is exactly aside an old hole. Still, I wouldn't worry, a good skate mechanic can make it fit properly.
