Six months have gone by so I started just ice skating. I skated for 30 minutes two weeks ago and 30 minutes last week. The second time, I tried to sprint hard, but it felt funny in my hip. I can gradually get up to speed through regular skating strokes. There's some weakness when I do a t-stop on my left foot. I think I need to strengthen more muscles in my left side .I haven't play any hockey yet.
