LOL yeah. Guys was moving and didn't know what he had. I think they might have been given to him when he played a few years back. I don't know if they are too big or if I'm just not used to the way Tackla's fit. I guess I'll see when I skate with them this weekend.

Nice pickup on the shoulders. I always liked the White/black color scheme on those so I wanted a pair (even though no one sees shoulders lol). How do they actually feel though? Too bulky?

Had my buddy pick this INNO up for me at Monkey Sports in Santa Ana for $50. I had gone the day before and passed on it and on the way back home to San Diego I was regretting it instantly. Luckily my friend was going to the Ducks game on Friday night and said he would stop by and pick it up for me. The lie was ridiculously flat. Felt like it would be great for stick handling. The flex is what made me put it back on the shelf originally. Felt slightly stiffer than my 75 flexes. And if you guys are interested they had a few more with the same curve but they felt like completely different sticks with different flexes(which I'm sure they were). They also had one with more of a pro stock Ovi type curve but it was somewhere around 100 flex. Super stiff. It was a smoking deal for $50 bucks.

That and I also used 75 flex which is almost impossible to find in pro stock.

I love my 6k. Easily the best stick in that price range. I wish I waited a bit and picked up one of the older 10k sticks that Hockey Giant has for a hundred bucks.

It was fairly easy. I picked up the eyelets along with the tool to install them for about 5 dollars from Michaels. I went with the smallest eyelets I could find because I figured the smaller they were the better the laces would hold. I marked where I wanted to place them with a white pencil and then I started making the holes and putting the eyelets in one by one. The hardest thing was finding something to make a hole in such a thick material. I ended up using a fat screw and literally threaded it through the pant. I did slip once and cut my finger pretty nicely. it ended up in a crookedly placed eyelet. The pants had the double belt and I never cared for the top one. It constantly slipped while the other stayed in place nicely. When I was done I just undid the threading on the top belt from the pant. Head over to Michaels or a store like it. You basically make the hole, place the eyelet, hammer it with a separate tool, done.

Installed some eyelets onto some Reebok 7k pants. Overall I'm very happy with the way they came out but the one eyelets that's a little crooked is from me cutting my finger when making the hole.

You're not the first person to make that comparison. hahahaha. I just switched from that beat up old visor to a tinted Bauer so maybe people wont say anything anymore. LOL.

I've had so many pucks stolen from stick time. I don't mind too much since they're only a buck. I get pissed when my 6 dollar inline pucks get stolen.

This happened to me at a pick up recently. I chatted with this older guy, probably in his 40's, in the locker room. His gear was older than hell. He was using the oldest chipped up Sher Wood stick with tape that looked like it had been there for ages. We ended up calling him "dangles" all night. He was skating circles around everyone.
