  1. The all 80mm wheel base on the smaller skates does not work due to a few factors. With the smaller foot, the all 80mm wheels stick out quite a bit on the front and the back of the skate. This causes turning issues, a player to lose agility, and increased fatigue for a smaller player. We (and players we have worked with) prefer the smaller size senior skate, the 76mm wheel works best.
  2. We do not sell boot only skates. What size wheels would you like on your size 6 skate? As for gloves, we use a moisture wicking liner to help keep the cool.
  3. My guess is the UK will just be a bit later due to shipping times. It takes a bit longer to get to the UK verse the US.
  4. I would say the new Team+ are a bit stiffer than the Shift
  5. They are definitely lighter by around 50 grams on average. This savings is all in the boot, as there is no savings in the weight below the boot. As for the Max+ and Shift+ there is a bit difference in the boot stiffness (the Shift+ is still stiffer than our current Max). The Max+ has a better internal lining material and has the better chassis and wheel verse the Shift+
  6. Just wanted to show the entire line of the new skates:
  7. If the chassis is mis-mounted, we can fix that or replace it. Just e-mail us with some pics and we can advise.
  8. I would try a heat fit again, but if your foot is moving, it seems you may have the wrong size. Good luck and hopefully you can find a solution.
  9. Cove, we allow our US online dealers to ship to Canada, so you can go that route.
  10. The skate won't be out till fourth quarter this year, so don't hesitate on picking up a pair of Shift skates now. You won't be disappointed.
  11. Make sure you like us on Instagram for more pictures.
  12. Here you go guys. RPD Max+. Launching 4th quarter this year. And because most guys on here are into how skates are built:
  13. Hope you guys are following us on Instagram. We are giving stuff away every month. http://instagram.com/p/mQm4LPDPLp/
  14. I think the better comparison is the Shift and the Max. The Team is not in the same league as the Shift or Max. Based on how much you play, you would be better getting the Shift. The Shift skate is a pro level skate with the cost savings being in the Chassis, wheels, and liner (verse the Max).
  15. I believe we replaced these pants right away. Also, I double checked the color and they are black. I even used my pantone book to compare. Pants sometimes rip, but that is why we stand behind our product. If anyone ever has issues, we will replace them.
  16. Exactly what Tyler said. Our heals are snug, but adjust shape during the heat fit.
  17. Correct Kovalchuk. Our boots, when heat fitted, allow for a EE foot to fit in our skate. I have a fit a EEEE width player in one of our boots.
  18. I hate recommending sizes, since there are many factors to how to fit a skate. However, just based on the fact that you are a UK 7 or US 7.5, I would say either a 6 or 6.5 skate.
  19. I skip the top eyelet, but I have been doing this on every skate I have ever worn.
  20. We don't recommend using a home oven, unless it is a convection style oven. There are others who have done it with a home oven on youtube that you may be able to review.
