Its the newest tech, the 9ko has holes and this stick is just missing the bottom half.
-
Yeah we used to write ridiculous things on our blades, like F**k you and draw pictures of dicks and stuff. It was all good shit

They do, well usually. The team has S5 pants with the logo embroidered. I don't know why DMan33 doesnt.

Custom Skates / Ice to Inline Conversion
NJ35 replied to cougarscaptain87's topic in Roller Hockey Equipment
Just mounted Tour Hi/Lo Chassis on my Mission L7 skates with Hyper Formula G 80mm wheels and some Revision Variants 72mm. Also picked up a set of Kuzak Zone Indoors for 1.75 a pop from HockeyGiant. Pics to come tomorrow.- 2845 replies

Alls I'm gonna say is are those undies custom MIA too? Nasty son.
-
Got them from Swiss17 on here but East West Hockey has them too. Also the monster posters, i have like 25 of them. One of my friends reps Monster on campus so we always have free monster and such in my house.
-
Yeah, the 8ks are great. I am trying to decide whether I want to put black Custom+ on, but other than that I got me some superfeet and they're great.
-
oh i son you
-
Thats pretty much the same thing, it feels like woven which i didnt like so i barber poled
-
Yeah, I picked up a Nash R8 Response Lite and I was wary of it at first. My favorite stick ever was the Messier Response Lite, the red one. I was using a SicKick that I love and an SL and I got the R8 at a great price and love it. I'm not a huge fan of the grip section in the middle because to me it has a weird texture but I barber pole my sticks anyway but the R8 has amazing balance and is super light. I get some great shots with that sucker.

Yeah, I used to play goalie and my lil bro is a goalie too. Hes much better than I was but its nice to see the game from alternate perspectives. I'd rather not wear a shell but my girlfriend bought me Tackla pants for my bday and my friends messed with her and told her to get me Royal Blue pants because our team colors are blue and gold. But our jerseys are white or black and we all have to wear black shells so I have to throw one on. Although when I played goal I always wore a shell to prolong the life of my pants.

looks like a white 480
-
Nah, I took a piss right before we went on the ice and forgot to tighten my shell. I have blue pants and we have to wear black shells so it slides down from time to time.

Mission Pure L7 10EE Previous Skates: Bauer Supreme 4000, Salming F1, Easton UL Pro, Reactor 3000, Goalie Supreme 7000 Height: 5'10" Weight: 185 lbs Usage: 4-5x per week for 4 months Intro Purchased these skates from hockeygiant because I have a super wide foot that requires a wider skate. I ordered Supreme 6000, evidently they didn't have them in stock so I was afforded an upgrade at little cost. I went with the L7 for a nicer boot that was wider and high end. Initial rating was 8/10 Fit Out of the box these skates were stiff but fit well in the width category. In retrospect I would have gone smaller but they still fit well. Although Mission claims to run true to size, these seem a little longer. 7/10 Blade/Holder I was always a fan of Tuuks but I immediately fell in love with the Pitch 3 holders and how adjustable they were. I experimented with the +1/-1 or neutral and kept the stock pitch. Great for me, really has helped my skating. The holders are strong and keep a great edge. 10/10 Weight I am used to goalie skates so weight was not a factor but these skates are very light in comparison to my old boots. No complaints on the weight. 8/10 Protection Good protection, not great. I am a winger so I'm not blocking too many shots with my skates but when I take one off the skate I feel it. Otherwise they feel solid and protect well. 7/10 Durability I have been skating on these 4-5 times a week for almost 5 months. They are getting pretty beat up considering the type of care I take. I always air them out in my room after hockey, take the insoles out, etc. But somehow they seem to be breaking down in the instep. Almost cracking. Also, no matter how much I air them out the rivets are still rusting. 6/10 Other considerations The first week I skated in my first pair the tendon guard lost a seam and it came apart. Mission credited me expediently and I got a new pair no problem. Great in that respect. They also look great with black laces, wish I could get some black pitch holders. 9/10 Conclusion Overall I would recommend these skates to anyone with one caveat. Get fitted. I think the reason my boots are breaking down is partially because they are a little long and not quite wide enough. I am upgrading to a pair of 8Ks but will still keep these in my rotation, probably mount some wheels on them. If you're looking for a high end skate reasonably priced, look at these skates. 8.5/10

Easton SyNergy ST 2006 100 Flex Heatley Leftie Time of use: 2 Months playing 4-5 times a week Reviewer- 5'10" 185 lbs, Every position, Strong grinder + enforcer 12 years of hockey Other sticks: Mission Pro Ether, Synergy SL, Vapor XX, Easton UL Blade - I had never used an ST or the Heatley curve and purchased this stick through my work at wholesale. I immediately fell in love with the curve. I bought this stick because it was purported to be more durable than the SL and I don't need the extra weight taken off. The blade so far is still nice and stiff and the only wear shown is some paint chipping off of the pretty blue paint job. 9/10 Flex - I prefer a 90/95 flex but went with the 100 over the 85. Unlike the SL I used the stick hasn't become like a wet noodle and still has its original flex. Nice lower kick point, awesome flex. 10/10 Shooting - This stick is very responsive when shooting, skating down the ice with a nice flick of the wrist this baby rips shots. The stick is very balanced and when I open up on slappers it lets them go and is very accurate. 9/10 Stickhandling - I find that because its Super Tough it seems to be stiffer than other composites I have used and sometimes requires a little more finesse and I am not a finesse player. Also because I am coming from wood blades on almost all my previous sticks its a little different but I'm used to it now. 8/10 Durability - This stick is a tank. I have had people fall on this baby and hack at it and nothing more than some chipping of the blue paint. Also, I am a big kid and have put all my weight into numerous shots and the stick is still responsive and in one piece. 10/10 Intangibles - The stick is sexy. The royal blue paint glimmers in the light of an ice rink. It also matches our unis. 10/10 Conclusion - If you can handle the extra 40 grams of the ST over the SL get this stick. It is an amazing stick for the money and will perform just as you hope. 9/10

Lefties and righties because I live with 5 of my teammates and some are RH and some are LH. Goalie skates because I play goalie too and two pairs of L7s because the one pair is defective and going back, all the stitching above the ankle is coming out.

the problem is the jerseys are really expensive because they are authentic and such. I suppose we could sell replicas.
