Best palms out of the group couple years ago

I decided to start cleaning up the gear closet. http://www.modsquadhockey.com/pics/chadd/gloves.JPG

I didn't do it. There is a place in town that does Twill lettering very reasonably. $25 (one color) $35 (two color) $45 (three color). I had it done there. The Gold isn't an EXACT match...but it's DAMN close. yeah, it's just a bit lighter. Still looks very good. It doesn't look that far off in person. The flash lightened the back numbers...in the picture of the front...the "11" is a lot closer to the MSH logo than the back appears. The trim tends to lighten up with any flash. The colors look very close to the one OT did for me. I'll upload the pic for comparison tomorrow along with a lot of other pics I've been meaning to upload.

Beat me right down :P I have a larger palm and shorter fingers...I don't like the fit of most 14-inchers. I'm working on bending that finger inwards, I like them straight. If the manufacturers would just shorten the gusset on the inside of the index finger it would make the gloves so much more comfortable and effective.

Fingers look stubby and the index finger the "outside twist" ting going on that I hate.

This coming from a guy who has four posts that aren't even on topic? And an attitude problem? You're now on mod approved posting until you grow up.

Amazingly enough, I found this article thanks to google in about 10 seconds. The Vue is #6. http://www.autobytel.com/content/shared/ar...icle_id_int/148 Hell, here you can even compare it side by side with your current car. This internet thing is amazing. http://www.kbb.com/kbb/CompareCars/Report....nHistory=%24%24

SUVs don't get good mileage, let alone ones that have room for multiple hockey bags (I'm assuming that's what you meant, because I have no idea what multiable hoceky means) and passengers (another guess). That's just my experience, others may have differing opinions.

If Warrior Ever makes skates i think thats what they'll call 'em :D Yeah but warrior would put the curled up elf toes on them like the Iron Sheik had on his wrestling boots.

I saw a pair of used Ohlund HG1s at the PIAS by the driving range yesterday.

I'm 5'11", 250lbs.. I felt like House in Police Academy. Rolling in my buddy's 3 door Focus is no fun... I love the look, but it's like being crammed in a sardine can. Test drive a Hyundai Tiburon, if you want a giggle.... I felt like Donkey Kong in Mario Kart! I had a Fiero for a couple years when I was younger so the cougar isn't so bad. My wife has a Saturn loaner while her Subaru is getting fixed and this thing is a real piece of shit. I'm only 6'1 and at even with the seat as far back as it goes, I feel like I'm in a clown car.

No, never been there. I know someone who had an issue with the throttle sticking a bit on a 5-speed, but it was nothing major. Ours is an 01 C2 and has run perfectly. It's a popular car with kids around here. I had a loaner Focus when our old car was in the shop and I just didn't fit into it well. Anyone over 5-8 will have some problems with a focus.
-
I would look for one of these. My wife had one for years and I have been driving it since we got her a new car. Ours is over 100k miles and no problems at all. It doesn't have fantastic power but it's a smooth ride, comfortable and my hockey bag easily fits in the back.

Each dealer will set their own price.

Except for that transmission and all of Mistu's terrible problems. Mitsu's have a infamous reputation of a nifty leak in the seal between the transmission and engine. It leads to a loss of transmission fluid.....leading to blown transmissions. Mitsubishi ball joints are garbage as well. I know 2 Galant owners (my fiancee, and a friend) who have had issues with poor ball joints, and my '97 Avenger (Dodge body, Mitsubishi guts) had 2 seperate major ball joint separations... there was a major recall, all Chrysler did was a "5 point inspection"... I was driving home and my whole driver's side front tire ripped apart, tore off the wheel well and slammed the car nose down. I got over $3k in work done for free... MY mother in law drove her Galant forever without any problems. Mom put about 130k miles on her Eclipse before she ran into any problems on hers and that was only because she didn't keep up with basic stuff.

Live at Brixton was an interesting video I'm watching the Bruce Hornsby & Ricky Skaggs episode of crossroads and it's really good. Maybe I'm just enjoying it because bluegrass is so similar to a lot of Irish folk music.
