Got a couple of TRUE Hockey sticks I am using. Maybe the best sticks I have used in my 30 some years on the ice. XCore 9 also shooting the A5.2 after comparing it to an old Mission Fuel.

Just get the Standard Ti in 75, I like it better then the 85 TiPro. The extra flex is great. -

Yep, that is the blade I was talking about. Great combo with the Vhex shaft & Vhex(VDS)blade. -

Still plenty of Itech Protective, jocks, cages & visors. They also still have the toddler kids helmet. -

Got to try a few of the new Mission items. The Wicked gloves are really nice. Still not sure about the Fuel gloves, the cuff is different, but I think that some people may really like them. Pretty snug, but I am used to th every loose fit of Eagle. The stick line is a winner for sure. Can't say enough about the VDS tapered blade. Even suprised a few non-Mission fans I was with, with the feel. The Fuels are also very light and well balanced. Like it better then my Warrior MD. Liked the Pants. They moved well, seemed pretty light to. I think I may now have the guts to try the AG120 skate. My ankle really liked it. Tons of flex. Nice skate. The XP120 seemed pretty similar to the XP from last year. I had a little discomfort in both ankles and some lace bite since they were brand new and not baked. Stiff skate, similar to the Vapor on my foot. Pretty light weight as well. Maybe a little off topic and considering I'm not a goalie.....but, the Itech goalie line looked pretty good. -

Sticks look strong this year. Both the Fuel & Vhex line should do well. I am glad they kept an option for the tapered shaft/blade combo. Having the VDS blade in both options is key. I am not one to care about looks personally, but it helps for when all the kids are in the shop looking for the "latest & greatest". Getting Hossa doesn't hurt either. We have even been doing quite well with the price point Mission OPS, so the Toxic line will be good for our kids as well (hey it's California what do you expect...). Skates are a tough one. I really like what they are doing with both the XP & AG lines. Tempted to try the supple fit this year. I hope to bring in skates this year, but it's a tough call. On one hand we have a huge former roller crowd that is already Mission brand loyal, but then you have the other crowd that won't ever sway from CCM or NBH. On another note I also like some of the Fuel price point entry skates, pretty cool for the little guys. The cuffs on the Fuel 120 gloves are very interesting. I have heard they move they well. I should be seeing the full line later this week so I can give some more impressions then. Already a big fan of the Intake helmets, they did very well for us last year. Adding a cage combo is good for our Junior & youth players. I also like the rebranding of the Itech gear as was mentioned. It does help with sells. The Mission stretch shirts should do well. BUT, we still do a ton of youth & adult beginner package stuff with Itech. Also plenty of jocks, cages & visors as well. -

We got our Warrior booking order in the Shop about a week ago. (Skatetown, Roseville, CA). We have been one of the few Innovative dealers since 1999. If your in NorCal, stop by and check it out for yourself. We had to delay our order since we had so much other stuff to check in the last month. As with most places, pretty good buzz going, already sold a few. Since we have a lot of past Inno users, most already knew they are repainted Innos. Got a lot of MackDaddy, Dolo & Royals OPS, Dolo tapered & AK27 standard shafts & blades. Plenty of T-shirts & hats for the kids who like the pimp gear, lol. We have a pretty big mix of Ice Hockey and Ex-Roller, it is California after all.... -
