  1. Thanks! I bought them from a shop in Northern Cal. They are not quite custom in the sense that I did not specifically place the order with Eagle, the owner orders several pairs a certain way (i.e. with the 5th backroll). These fit perfect, when I do go the custom color route, I will have them made with the same specs. I would love to try something aside from MSH2, but it feels so freakin nice, and is holding up so well on my black pair.
  2. Recently received these. I have the same 5-roll gloves in all black... These are amazing. I slipped them on, and did not think about them until I took them off after the scrimmage.
  3. Not truly a custom glove, I didn't wait ten weeks.. I tried these on at EWH when getting fitted for some skates, they were exactly what I was looking for, but I tried to resist. I finally broke down and ordered them a few days ago over the phone. They feel amazing. MSH2 palm and gussets. I will def. go full custom for something in red and blue in the future, just going to enjoy these for a while first.
  4. You are right.....the stock X72's are great gloves. But myself and DarkStar can attest.....the custom's in Tufftek are WELL beyond the Portofino X72's. I totally agree. The x72 I tried on was the Tufftek with the MSH2. It was difficult for me to not purchase them right then and there. They are next level, for sure. Had I not been purchasing custom One95s at the time (and already own three pairs of gloves) they would have followed me home. . .
  5. Very nice! I recently tried on a pair of Eagle X72 after having a pair of X6 gloves (hated 'em.) The X72s are out of this world.
  6. Nope. I was just killing time in the TSC pro shop before sticktime and found them (somewhat well hidden) behind a bunch of size 13 gloves (they are 15.) I bet an employee hid them to try to get them later, as they were still a little damp. On second thought, it seemed like all the prospects at the Development camp were wearing RBKs... Fletch, I am going to pm you in a moment with a request to get on the SoCal e-mail list.
  7. Got the 4-rolls for a good deal, they were worn once, during the Kings development camp going on now.
