Broken SL

Recommended Posts

It will be the same as any ordinary Syn bomb. On a side note, I broke this kids SL today, first practice for summer hockey. I was like..oh Sh**..lol. It looked brand new <_<

has anybody broken their SL and converted it into a shaft, if so , how did you hollow the bottom out?

my SLs have the most obvious fuse points ive seen... so when i break one (knock on wood) ill let you know where it works out

Ya they were both intermediate and took senior r2's.

I broke mine, but i already sent it in for warrenty. I wish they'd send it back to me so i could make an SLthesis.

By the way i broke the blade when i basically crashed the blade into the boards going to get a puck...broke in 3 places in the blade. :o

i dont want to make a new topic.

i know the paint on the sl chips very easy, and was wondering if the stick itself chips easy.

also, is the modano curve the same as the forsberg?

ok, so then i guess they would have made the modanos before.

i have a modano, chips like all the others. if the forsbergs were made later, then did they fix the paint chipping like crazy?

again i dont care how it looks, im just wondering

what object did you use? You pounded it out from the end plug side or the blade side?

I used the blunt end of a chisel and a hammer. I hit it out through the blade end.
