It says that he may loose his driving license and zamboni license. do you need a special zamboni license,if so do you have to take classes and pass a test like your drivers license.

yeah for the exam you have to make sure to leave a streek of snow down the middle of the rink or make the ice extra sticky

One time I was at my rink watching a college game. There was about 200 people there and the zamboni drive was 1/2 done and was driving straight up the middle towards the net. He hit it and everyone cheered. Then just continued on with his ice cleaning.

the zamboni driver at the rink where i play college club hockey is usually under the influence of some sort. to keep the drunk funs under control he usually does donuts, and has had a girl go onto the ice when he was resufacing it and pick her up and give her a ride. it is a riot to watch.

that happended at one of my games too haha we had to go and push it off. supposildy the old guy running it didnt have any more

it was the game to decide who go to provincals and the game wasnt at either teams home rink( i dont know why) and we got there and something had broke on the zamboni, but they said they just called a repair guy and he was on his way. so they sent us out for warm up while the guys works on the zamboni. frist the our coach called us over and told us to go to the room and get undressed. the guy that came to fix the zamboni didnt bring the part <_< what a tool. we ended up losing the game when it was played.

One rink I played at had the Zamboni break down early in the evening. They provided shovels for the teams to clear the ice for the rest of the night. The ice was so beat up by the 11PM game...

We got a free game out of it at the end of the year.
