tokes 0 Report post Posted July 14, 2005 Funny, I work at Costco with all the frozen food stuff and it always makes me hungry. Bagel Bites are 11 bucks for 60 of em, they're mini bagels with pepperoni, sausage, and tomato sauce on em and are damn good. Delissio pizza is 9 bucks for two pepperoni pizzas, and that is a solid 4 meals for one person. There's always bags of chicken, it's about 11 bucks for a 2 kilo bag, you can BBQ it in about 20 minutes and it's very good, and a lot healther for you than pizza or bagel bites. That's about all I can think of for right now.
RadioGaGa 162 Report post Posted July 14, 2005 Toasted Tomato Sammiches....with ham...MMMMMMMMMMMMM.Also, get a small microwaveable dish with a round bottom, spray it with Pam or non stick stuff.... Break one egg and break the yoke...little S&P. Nuke it for 40 sec (cover it with a paper towel of something so it doesn't splatter). On toast with a bit of lettuce and ham...fantastic. LkptTiger 1 Report post Posted July 15, 2005 Bagels with peanut butter. I eat about eight a day (two infront of me right now). Not only do they help fill you up a little bit, but the protein in the peanut butter (get the crunchy kind) will help you build muscle mass. You just have to make sure you work enough to burn the fat off.
Chris_H 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2005 Peanut butter provides a minmal amount of protien especially if it`s jiffy or skippy, natural is the way to go. I would suggest cooking up a ton of chicken breasts on sunday casue there so versatile from salads to sandwiches.
