People have just flat out given up on this guy. I still think he can be a very productive player and should get plently of oppertunities with Nashville.

i think he'll excel in nashville, playing with a young speedy team. it should work out well in the 'new' nhl.

I have been a big fan for a long time. I am not sure why he didn't excel in Colorado, but I think he has to be 'the guy' on his team. Lots of minutes logged and what not.

I think we will see him get 30+ goals again this year and perform well

Seeing how he's from Vancouver, a couple of articles ran locally about him not being asked to be part of the Olympic practice that took place this week.

He basically gave the token lines of -- I wish I was there but I know I didn't have a good season. Now my injuries are better and I'm looking forward to playing well. etc. etc. blah blah blah.

I agree with you as I cheer for the small guys. It would totally suck not being able to play because of something you can't control (i.e. height).

Hopefully the new rules, properly enforced, will make it possible to play in the NHL and be under 200 pounds!
