Itech cage - RBEIII vs. RBEVIII grid spacing

For those of you who use Itech cages, which one do you use? Do you notice a difference in vision, between the RBEIII and the RBEVIII when you are playing?

I use the RBE III, the flat chrome. I find you have plenty of good vision while playing.

I switched from the RBEIII to the RBEVIII and I prefer the wire spacing on the RBEVIII.

Also, the cage shape is bigger and moves it away from my face more than the RBEIII did.

I also dig the I2 paint on it as it makes the cage less noticable for me.

I'm curious, why would you want the cage to move from your face? Is this something that is very common?

I always thought you should have a snug fit.

What color cage did you have before the I2?

I like the RBEVIII with the I2 (white/black) cage colour. I think the RBEVIII is very similar to the Jofa design.

I've used black, chrome and white cages before but prefer the I2 concept.

Not exactly totally relevant, but the RBEVIII is also the ugliest cage on the market right now if that affects your decision.

ive always had the RBE III and never had any problems, i really like it. i prefer the flat one to the bubble though. havent tried the I2 paint cage yet but id like to. i currently use chrome but have used black in the past.
