I love this MSH term "Gear Whore"!!! So as I 'm listening to Razor Reaugh mention that Turco has "just reguritated another rebound"(this guy is a great color colorful man! I'll watch every Stars game from now on), they point out that Modo now has a new stick. What else but a Warrior Dolomite! If this model is not top of the line from them, then they are really pushing the product. I wonder if they had a hard time making up his pattern! Just kidding... Once again, I'm sure RBK is pleased to see Modo with something different on ice.

BTW, Modo had lost more than a few steps. Sorry to say he is no longer dominate with the puck IMHO. Turco played very well(and I did watch the whole 3rd period and OT) holding down the fort. Sturm's breakaway was fast five hole all the way. Felt bad for Turco after doing everything he could to win. "Went through the five hole like slippery bar of soap!"

I can't see the term "gear whore" applying to him. Sure this Rbk deal went south, but this is a guy who's worn the same gloves and skates for 15 seasons.

I think "stick whore" is more apropos in this situation since he will likely use everything but the GEAR brand this year....

Sub-title- JUST KIDDING! I don't think he's a gear whore. I find it funny that he does finally set up with another vendor and lasts 2 weeks with the product. Personall, it doesn't matter to me.

Derr, I didn't see that part of it. At this point in his career I'd figure he'd just take whatever deal he can and run with it. Similar to his cherry picking/avoiding the corners days back with Minnesota.

Well he did wear it for the WCOH...he's back in the helmet and is using the Warrior, but there's gonna be something else coming...

modano just sniped Jussi Markkanen top shelf from the faceoff dot. I think hes pretty happy with the warrior stick.
