Light weight synthetic pimp skin and a pebax skeleton with multi directional lacrosse specific cleat pattern. The asymetrical forefoot spike placement creates better starting, stopping and other movements.

Warrior took the strentgh of a Krypto Pro and combined it with the flex and feel of a carbon composite to create a handle that has one serious split personality!(can you say Cybill)Warrior's new split shaft has unbelievable flex that will have all you crank masters out there drooling. Also features Warrior's G.I. Joe Kung Fu Grip for unreal control and sensitivity.

Warrior: Mac Daddy Custom

they're not traditional...

1. I dont think the regular Burns (pictured) have the "pimp skin" the Speed Burns do.

2. Crank shots are under or side arm shots, and some kids can't see the light in shooting overhand, so warrior tries to be cool and call them "crankmasters"

Sorry not trying to flame you sherwood.

I agree with thenizzle, warrior just took their lacrosse ads and transformed them to hockey in attempt to transfer the "culture" of lacrosse with it.

Nobody is disputing the inspiration for the advertising. The debate is mostly one of style over substance.

The ads are REALLY popular here with the roller hockey kids especially. As for ice guys, the ad is kind of a laugh. The Starskie has been our hottest selling one-piece lately so they must be doing something right. Plus the NHL exposure is HUGE.

In other words your guys are into marketing with absolutley no substance at all. I get the lingo, I see the style I just don't have any respect for someone who is more concerned with branding and advertising than product quality.

It's a running joke (warrior ads) in my area and lacrosse is growing fairly quickly in this area as well. Hell, lacrosse has been semi-popular in this area for a long time.

have you ever even opened up a lacrosse magazine then? obviously you havent.

Too bad they're trying to sell hockey equipement eh.

sometimes it takes an outside company to spark renewed interest in a sport. If Warrior can do it for hockey...so be it...Heck I am in Huge Lacrosse land and Warrior makes incredible stuff.. Their bags are phenominal....

I hope they can translate this to hockey...

Hockey arguably has the deepest traditions...sometimes it hurts more than it helps... I love to see new company shake things up...

The speed burns only difference to the regular burns is that they have different cleats.

I know what crank shots are..I've played lax for 8 years.

Lacrosse culture isn't that much different than hockey, its a lot of young people and then the traditionals. and ads like those appeal more to that demographic (young before old) than Easton's ads (more info than style). Obviously they're carrying that over, otherwise they wouldn't put out ads like these..
