Recommended Posts

another problem, my ipod has something inside that moves when i move it, a loose part or something. anyone else have this and are there any solutions to the problem or should i call apple and get this fixed somehow?

Thats the harddrive lol.

And I think Apple has a no questions asked return policy right now for any 5G iPod.

I think the iPod is even stricter on formats then iTunes. Even if you can get it in itunes it might now work for the ipod. Did you convert using videora on the default setting?

I encountered another problem, I just went to plug my iPod in to add songs etc... it is now frozen on the "Do Not Disconnect." screen. I went to apple to see what i could do but nothing there seemed to solve my problems... Any ideas?

Another problem here boys. I went to listen to mine this morning before school, and when I went to choose an artist with multiple songs, it wouldn't play. It would go 1st,2nd, and then the 3rd song, and then back to the main menu, so it didn't play at all. If I went to all of my songs, it went through 1 to 169 without playing a single song, it would just keep going. What's wrong?!?!

I dont know if I had the same problem or not so this may not work but its worth giving it a try. When I try and disconnect my ipod from itunes it doesnt let me for some reason so what i have to do is go to the taskbar and the green arrow and hard drive click on that to disconnect hardware safely. i open that then find my ipod in there and click disconnect, it says its safely disconnected and my ipod changes from the do not disconnect screen to the normal screen and i disconnect. hope that helps and works and if not sorry and good luck.

I'm having trouble downloading that videora ipod converter. I downloaded it from the website, but every time I go to install it on my computer I go through the license agreement, where I want to install it and all that stuff, then when it starts it quits in two seconds and says that it failed because I either:

1.) Cancelled the installation (which I didn't)

2.) Don't have an internet connection (But I do)

3.) The connection to the server timed out (I dunno if it did or not)

This happened like 10 times in a row now, anyone know what's goin on?

And also, everytime I try to install my spyware detector pops up and says that it safely detected and neutralized spyware. Should I just turn it off for a few seconds while I install the videora?
