How can they do that? thought composite molds cost like a medium-sized fortune.

Believe chadd mentioned 6k's for your own mold...

Depends on the system you use to make your patterns.

One manufacturer is $3k, another is much, much lower.

A permanent mold will be in fact very expensive, but there's a way to do molds for just a few moldings.

And yes the Hollywood is the equivalent to a drury.

Is Carbon a generally better material then tufftek? If so by much? And how much do these cost?

(I'm sorry in advance if these were already answered and i overlooked them)

Thanks

Not better I would say, just different. Personnaly I prefer carbon (look wise), but the majority of our pro's use Tufftek.

Depends on what the mold is made of...sand-based ones will cost less than aluminum ones.

What are the differences between the powernet and mesh gussets?

Mesh gussets are spongee and breathable

powernet is just a fabric type gusset aslo breathable but not spongee.

Very technical I know!
