Id go see a foot Dr. He can help you, And maybe see what is causing it. with my hole situation I learned that sometimes the symptom we show in are feet are because of another underlieing problem. I wear a heavy tool belt that puts preasure on my hips witched caused my supronation.

Or do you get pain around the ball of your feet from having low arches? I used to get an extreme pain in the ball of my foot until I got my Superfeet insoles (they're an insole with a big arch kind of thin in them, thats what I use in my skates). They helped alot, I think the only time I get a pain now is when I tie the middle of my skate too tight, not too sure. I'd request getting Super Feet for flat feet
