Bauer Biaxial Shinguards

Recommended Posts

Hey, I've got a pair of Bauer Biaxial shinguards that are the best shinguards I have ever owned. They are a hard shell all the way from above the knee down, and they form a round joint at the knee which rotates like a ball. Not only do they fit and feel great, they have yet to crack on me after years of use. But, I'm afraid soon they will break down and I'll have to resort to pads that won't feel as natural as these do. Does anyone know of where I might be able to find a pair of these? I have Ebay looking for me every day and emailing me but after 3 months, no one has posted any for sale. Or is there anything anyone knows of that is similar?

Thanks,

Keith

Hey a buddy of mine has a pair of those that he doesn't use anymore. They're the kinda dark gray ones with purple-ish liner?? I'll let him know your lookin. Think his ID is revolution3. We live in Ireland though.

I'll try to get a pic up soon. Yes they are dark gray and the lining on mine is actually reddish but I guess you could call it purplish. Depending on the cost and condition they are in, I would want them... even having to ship them from Ireland

I know.. they're weird looking but they feel very good, they're lightweight and tough. I've had them for 6 or 7 years. The first 3 sets of shin guards I owned all cracked at the knee.

Yup I got me a pair of them. I'll find out about postage and as for condition they are in good nick except for the straps (two fell off!!).

You'll have them anyway or you could buy a set or tape them like I did.
