JR Boucicaut 3804 Report post Posted May 13, 2004 Nope - VERY GOOD for cheap. Easily the best stick at the $99 price point.I have some at work - I've been having fun having people try to guess how much the stick is. And with a 60-day warranty...

ambro 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2004 For flex, we have a flex chart, but 300 is about 80. I have no idea about the Smyth pattern.JR - How does this Pyro Nemesis differ from other price-point OPS that makes it so much better than the others?
Chadd 916 Report post Posted May 13, 2004 the 260 is less than 100 on my Nemesis Alpha.
Dan_The_Man_16 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2004 I know I am not JR, but, it's compression moulded for one, which will make it lighter and stronger. It's not a hybrid, like the Momentum. It's all in the discription of the product.
JR Boucicaut 3804 Report post Posted May 13, 2004 Yup - real graphite blade...not that ABS crap...A real nice feeling stick.

Lester8 11 Report post Posted May 14, 2004 My brother bought a couple of Pyros, 300 flex, Smyth. He has picks that I'll try to get off him later. The stick is made flawlessly which I don't expect in a "price-point" stick. The grip isn't the tackiest, and the bottom half is as slick as they get. They used decals for the graphics, but it's under the clear coat. It has a pretty rounded shaft shape.
Lester8 11 Report post Posted May 17, 2004 I put the curve pics on my sitehttp://choiceight.tripod.com/smyth.htmlSorry if you wanted to see it in LH.
Chadd 916 Report post Posted May 17, 2004 Same curve I have on my Alpha. The toe is nice for picking snappers but still isn't my favorite.
