BLADE FOR MY L2

Recommended Posts

I bought an L-2 from my friend with no blade. I want to get a synthesis si-core blade for it. Will it fit? I heard that synthesis blades only fit synthesis shafts.. It is an INT shaft. Would i get an int synthesis? or a Jr?

In most cases, any tapered blade will fit any tapered shaft.

And go with an int Synthesis blade for the L-2.

I actually think Sr. Synthesis blade for this situation. However, I don't own an L2 and could be wrong.

int L2 shafts fit Junoir L2 blades. i would guess a junoir blade, but i may be worng. ask for a second opinion

No, its a int. synthesis blade that will fit...Believe me, I have had one

So does that mean that a Jr. L-2 blade would also fit an Int. Synthesis shaft?

Off topic but are those Synthesis si-core blades discontinued? Some hockey shop told me about that.

Yes. They are being replaced with the CNT Z-carbon's.

Are those CNT z-carbons tapered? How could they replace Synthesis with z-carbons? This sucks.

No, the Synthesis Si-Core is replaced by the Synergy II blade (aka CNT Synthesis). The Z-Carbon Si-Core is replaced with the CNT Z-Carbon.
