Where to start?

-Broken both color bones

-Broken all my fingers in right hand, 3 in my left

-Spraigned Neck (twice)

-2 Front teeth knocked out

-Damaged retina (eye)

-3 Concussions

-2 Cracked Ribs

-Last year i tore my 'pubic ligament!'

All good battle scars from the corners!

Wow, do you play college hockey or something :D ?

I only had some big bruises and torn muscles and that's about it.. because I only play recreational hockey where bodychecking is not allowed. Too bad :(

Broken thumb

Broken talus (ankle)

Broken outside metatarsal

Separated shoulder

Many stitches, black eyes, bumps and bruises from sticks, pucks and knuckles.

This season...

Knocked the same tooth out 3 times (its already fake by now)

8 Staples to the top of a head after a fight

2 Concussions (One was at the same time i had to get stapled shut, the other was a 2 hand retaliation for some stickwork in front of the net.)

Lost 2 fingernails from being slashed

Seperated the same shoulder 3 times, The third I played the final 10 games of the season with (by playoffs was almost a 1" drop already from my arm to shoulder.)

Last game as a senior, tore my rotator cuff in my bad shoulder...

My body is happy that competitive hockey is over.

8 days into summer last year i broke my ankle in a summer HS game, walked around on crutches for 3 weeks to then find out it was dislocated, had to get a plate and 5 screws put in. I was cleared to play in time for HS try outs with the plate still in, made the team but the coach rushed me into things too fast and i ended up aggrivating it so much i had to get the plate taken out...as of right now i'm just starting to skate again...senior year went down the drain

How long does it take for ligament tears in one's knee to heal?

it deoends if it is a clean tear or a partcial tear. im no doctor, but when a professional athlete gets a clean tear, it takes at least 4 weeks. but they get surgerey asap, and are being payed ot play so they have some motivation. it would take longer for a partial tear to heal.

just my thouhgts...
