skate sharpening info

Anyone know links to some online resources where I can learn the basics about skate sharpening? I'm not looking to actually learn how to sharpen, I just want to understand more about what's going on with my blades.

Good read..

Makes me really wonder about the proshop at my local rink..

Everybody there (all the workers) sharpen skates.. they weren't trained to.. its just another job for any 16 year old boy or girl that wants to work for the Peaks..

There IS a good sharpener here.. but hes litterally 40 miles away.

sigh.

And people wonder why I use tblades.
