JR Boucicaut 3805 Report post Posted March 21, 2004 Those are the 03 models...The M1 Pro is their pro glove. It has embroidered logos and also has a lock thumb, as well as what ericG said. They combined the two gloves for the 04 glove.
EricG. 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2004 Correct me if I'm wrong, the '04 M-1 is going to be the '03 M-1 Pro, with an M-1 palm, and will cost the same as the '03 M-1.
JR Boucicaut 3805 Report post Posted March 22, 2004 The 04 M-1 Pro has :03 M-1 Pro embroidery03 M-1 Pro plastic insertsEverything else from the 03 M-1 plus the price. The thumb is ALT, not lock.
GTHL_AAA_HOCKEY 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2004 what are the pros and cons of ALT THUMBS and LOCK THUMBS?
JR Boucicaut 3805 Report post Posted March 22, 2004 The ALT thumb can move forward but not back. The lock thumb doesn't move at all.
Dan_The_Man_16 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2004 The Nike Gloves have an ALT thumb it's petty neat and I personally really like the feel of it.
JR Boucicaut 3805 Report post Posted March 22, 2004 I don't think Justin would appreciate that...they own the trademark to ALT... :)Plus in the BNH gloves, only the bottom part of the thumb moves...the entire ALT thumb moves.

GekigangarIII 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2004 The 04 M-1 Pro has :03 M-1 Pro embroidery03 M-1 Pro plastic insertsEverything else from the 03 M-1 plus the price. The thumb is ALT, not lock. One more thing that is of note on the '04 gloves is the index finger on the glove is now a more traditional joint rather than the triangular 'odd shaped' knuckle on the '03 M-1 and M-1 Pro.Some people didn't like the strange shape of the first knuckle and though it got in the way (I wasn't one of them), they changed it to a low-profile joint in the knuckle for '04.
