Oldschool Sega Hockey

I´ve got a little present for those of you who have been a Genesis/Mega Drive child and hockey nut like myself. I took the GENS+ emulator (the best Sega emulator for Win in my opinion) and added 18 (yes 18!) different hockey game roms and packed them into one file. I think I missed the very first NHLPA hockey (the one with unlimited fights) but every other Genesis hockey title I know off is included is this pack. You will find them in the "ROM" subdir after unpacking.

The emulator is pre configured and supports gamepads but one thing you could do (up to your preference) is go to the options menu -> configuration and uncheck the "switch to full screen when load a rom" option. That allows you to manually adjust the screen size and exit the emulator at any time. Everthing else is pretty much self explaining.

BTW: The Emulator can also convert Master System, Sega CD and Genesis x32 files in case you want to download other stuff at some time. If you know of any hockey title I missed in that pack or need any help, please let me know. Nuff said.... bring back the memories

PS: Have fun and only use the files if you legally own the original cartridges B)

Don´t know the default buttons anymore but you can bind your own buttons (or keys) in the options menu.

Edit: The server seems to be very busy right now so might have to try to d/l later. For those unfimiliar with rapidshare....folow the link, scroll halfway down, hit the "Free" button, wait until the countown reveals a 2 or 3 digit download key, enter that in the box and hit the button to d/l.

speaking of oldschool, I just bought Mortal Kombat deception (one of the newer ps2 MK games) and it has a playable version of the original mortal kombat on it. Now thats badass! It makes me want to go on ebay and buy the arcade game to put in my living room! :)

1) normally, there is a few one on the same game on the website, pick the best one.

2) Downlaod them from a website

3)Click on the game and insert it in the emulator.
