OLN- Ducks/Flames

At 9 pm I watched The Sopranos. As soon as it ended I tune into OLN and see the end of the Terry Sawchuck story. No Ducks/Flames which they had said was coming up. NHL Center Ice was done for the day. What happened?

It was on for me. I got home about 10:30ish and caught midway of the second. After the game they had the legends of hockey thing with Michel Goulet. I have Direct TV if that matters.

I live in Ohio and the Ducks/Flames were on here on OLN. I have Insight Communications Cable.

Watched it at a friend's house (OLN and Dish Network apparently don't party together--Dish dropped OLN at the beginning of the NHL season)....but it was labeled "bonus coverage" throughout the game.

Mine was labeled Bonus Coverage as well on Direct Tv.

Yup, it was actually the CBC coverage and cut to Al, Keith and Brian during intermissions.

BTW, who were the two clowns on OLN doing the Flyers/Sabres on saturday night? The play-by-play guy tried to be a poor man's Mike Emrick(who is now in love with hearing himself speak about a hockey game and his vast knowledge of adjectives and hockey trivia) and the color guy - Darren who? He was also a little better than useless. But not by much.

It sounded like Joe Beninatti (sp?), the Caps guy doing play by play from the clips on the OLN site. I usually don't mind him nearly as much as Jim Jackson when he's doing a Flyer game. JJ is decent doing a neutral team but is a terrible homer on local broadcasts.

i got the first period of the game, and then they said due to blackout restrictions, the game would not be televised..
