Warrior Blade Weights?

Recommended Posts

Can anyone provide some accurate weights for Warrior blade patterns? I recently got a Draper curve and it weighs 145 grams. I threw it in my Dolomite and it was extremely blade heavy. So I took it out and put in an Easton Composite II Iginla 130 grams (which is my favorite pattern anyway).

Was just wondering if any of the other models weigh less that the Draper...such as maybe the Robitaille or the Smyth. Are any of them less than 145 grams?

Thanks in advance.

Wow, you should seek a job with the Bureau of Weights and Measurements, you can actually feel 1/2 oz difference just by seat of the pants. Impressive. :D

I know it doesn't sound like much but I can definitely feel the difference. A lot of it has to do with the fact that the Draper is also longer both from heel to toe and from top to bottom than the Iginla. The Iggy is just a smaller blade, sort of like the Forsberg. Was just wondering if Warrior makes a similar blade. I've heard the Robitaille is similar. I can't find blade weights for Warrior anywhere.

Actually, at the blade end it's not hard to feel small differences in weight. Not being able to adapt to it is another story.

O.K. I could adapt to it but I was just wondering if Warrior made some lighter blades than the Draper and the Weight (no pun intended) :P.

The Dolomite is a light shaft and I like the Iggy curve but I've heard Warrior blades are more durable so I am trying to find something comparable to the Iggy made by Warrior.

the warrior tapered blades have a longer hosel than the easton? I know the eastons are short but from pictures the warrior looks long
