that is just going to save a flv (flash video) file, which is useless. Your going to have to save it using the FF extention then look for a program that will convert flv to mpg, I know theres one out there. Google video let you save right from the interface, look for the video on google video

yep there is, called Xillisoft.. but my other post is easier and faster.

yes, but it saves it in flv, which is useless if you want to use it off your pc.

i thought i had outwitted you vapor :angry:

1. Get the video link from the EMBED section. Like <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="

src="
type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

2. Take out the

and open notepad.

3. In notepad type <a href="(movie URL)

>movie</a>

4. Save it as something.html

5. Open the file.

6. right click on the link and select "Save Target As..."

7. Then Magiclly, you will download the .swf, .avi etc.

you will have to take out the (movie url) but this will only save the flash file, no avi will be saved
