has 15" gloves too, for us big handed guys.

I love the look of the black/red ones, but I think I've decided to get the one90s in black/red. The good part about these is that they are cheaper and look amazing BUT I don't want to buy without trying these on and I dont think my LHS is going to carry them. :(

I don't understand the fascination with $120 + gloves. If there is any piece of equipment that needs to be replaced more often than the rest (besides sticks/blades) it's gloves. I know mine end up smelling pretty badly after a year or so. There is no way I'm paying that much $$ for gloves.

What makes a $120+ glove THAT much better than ones for $80 or less? Is it a performance thing, or all image?

Please help me understand.

Knowing the way people are I'm sure theres a lot of hype for having the most $$$ glove. However my hands dont sweat and my gloves tend to last a good 2 or so years. You can always repalm them if they tear and as for the smell I'd say find a good quality cleaner. I believe you get what you pay for and to just try out ALL your options before paying for the new hot glove. It's all about PP.

I always used 60cnd glove then i bought the easton ultralite at 110cnd they were good glove but started to smell HORRIBLE after 1 years.

So i wanted to buy the the Vapor XV..at 110cnd. I found the palm very ''stiff'' compared to the soft strech-palm on the Vapor XX at 180cnd. Also, I had a 25% discount on the stuff because i knew the guy. So This is why i bought the top of the line glove. And they started to smell bad after 1 season and a half(Also, i play ice hockey all years long)

Sometimes, the palm is better quality. Dry Quicker(dri-fit) so smell better!. Better protection.Better mobility.Look better, and you get the hypes of the high end glove!

Me being apart of the "younger", "flashier" and more influenced by "hype" generation, my opinions may be biased; I don't see a problem with droping 100+ dollars on a glove if it is a proven glove. For example, I dont have a problem dropping the money to buy vapor xxx's, but I am little skeptical if that money were to go toward the new kingpin. In the case of my 30's, I have had them for a year and I am still on my first set of palms (plus a little patch in the heel of the palm). I think they are well worth it if they are taken care of.

They look exactly like the Mac Daddy lacrosse gloves that our school had last year.

C'mon Warrior, how about something new?

It's a little thing called "brand recognition"..

reminds me of bauer supreme gloves and the fingers are really long but the palm feels nice as well as the liner

So does that mean you've tried them? If so hows the mobility? What glove do they compare to? Thanks :)

Maybe you wouldn't have to replace them so often if you chose to buy high end performance gloves...

Your choice!

I was at my lhs yesturday and when I tried them on they felt amazing like they were broken in and custom made for my hand. I tried on some one70's too and the warriors blew them away.
