The ST is a great stick. The feedback on the ST has been very positive. No matter what piece of equipment you talk about, you can find someone that dosen't like it but they are in the minority when talking about the ST.

Is there any difference between the '05 ST's and the newer '06 ones?

The stick is the same the only difference is they changed the colors.

and the 06's have a carbon fiber look too but you probably can get the 05's for less if you're fine with the colors

How have you had an ST for 2 years? They came out in 05.

I've had it since second year bantam and I'm going into second year midget. I got it in the spring when it first came out.

Edit: Bigd-Are there even any differences between the new and old STs, I'm pretty sure a change in color won't sway my opinion.

I actually liked the stick. The feel wasn't the best but I got used to it. The grip also makes a good shaft when the blade breaks. I now have three of them with wood blades. Love them now.
