Ok so who knows the history of longpants ?? who made the first commercial pair ??

Iv seen lots of brands come & go over the years & some of the older ones seemed to me to be made a lot stronger, iv still got old Gear/Mach/ Hystiyks & Block that have outlasted many a current brand !

Several samples from Europe designers are now hitting the shops in the Uk, but does any one know if any New US companys are bringing out pants ??

Yep. And except for a big hole on the knee from using them outside they are fine. Still use them today.

Guys in the NHL used to use long pants... one guy in particular that I can't recall. Like... late 70s, early 80s.

The first Roller Company was MACH 1...They did sweats first, and then went to nylon pants....This was all done before RHI.

Yeah! I saw a pair of those Harford Cooperalls on Ebay a while ago -- what a great piece of memorabilia.

i remember when the flyers were wearing those pants instead of the traditional ice pants.it did look out of place.i also thought nexed made some good pants.

Actually it was Pippi Longstocking, for going under the Scotch National Team's kilts.
