I just got done watching the movie Cast Away and it gave me an idea for a topic,I want to hear your thoughts on how many people you think are stuck on an island all alone right now? Weird topic I know.

Um, that might be the wierdest question Ive ever heard on MSH but theres a story now that a couple guys just got back from being stranded on their fishing boat.

I think it says they were stranded for 9 monthes.

I think they got back to a mexican port or something within the last couple weeks.

I would guess very few, maybe 10 in the world. I'm pretty interested in stuff like this though, I've done lots of research on survival things. Anyone ever seen SurvivorMan?

You should take a leave of absence from your daily life (namely MSH) and go try to survive in the wilderness for ten years. Report back if/when you suceed.

I heard that during WW2 Japanese soldiers were left on small islands and a while back maybe 1980 summin a couple were found on an island and they didn't even know the war was over.

Survivng on Rain Water, Raw fish and seaBirds.

Think of 9 months, like the school term for instance imagine being out there for all that time.. dunno about you guys but i would have lost the will to live.
