Inno's have the best feel in my opinion and synths are generally the most durable. The R2 seems to be a good mix of the two.

You sure Chadd? I've heard horror stories about comp synths on here. Also its too early to judge Mission blades but I would wait a while before getting those, just in case.

I've heard the horror stories as well. It seems if it doesn't break the first day or so, it lasts forever. Personally I like the Inno blades more than any others.

My R2 Comp blade broke the 5th game I used it. Sent it back and TPS said they had none in stock and sent me 2 R2 Wood blades instead. What kind of crap is that? It also took them a month to get here. I had 2 pro stock Mission Ether composite blades and they held up great, I loved them because they had a 4.5 lie and a pretty nice modano-like curve but only slightly open. It should speak well for the L-2 blades that are coming out, they look SO nice I want one! I'll have an R2, Vapor XV, and Mission L-2 shaft. Way too many! I just bought a Si-Core Synthesis blade and no durability problems so far. It doesn't feel any different, but it's nice and I love the Modano curve. Can't speak for the Inno blades, but heard nothing but good things about 'em. Mission, Inno, or Easton, maybe Bauer too. The XV blade looks nice as well.

See ya.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is even a warranty on R2 blades.

No, I'm pretty sure you're right. I didn't think there was a warranty on any Louisville blades. You're lucky they sent you anything.

Oh well, this was a really long time back, probably within a week of the stick and blades coming out. Yeah, the wood blades were nice, but they lost their stiffness really quickly, I was pretty dissapointed. Maybe I just got lucky with the warranty, but the blade hadn't seen anything to justify it breaking like it did, right where the hosel meets the tenon. My mission blade did the same thing the other day, but I think it was because it didn't have enough glue and it was moving, and I took a one timer and it just snapped.
