2006 NFL Predictions

Recommended Posts

Yea... and the year the panthers went to the superbowl, half the key players were on roids.

Bada boom.

Colts vs Bengals in finals thats my prediction, but too hard to tell who will win

You picked two AFC teams :P

Keyshawn's good for the 7-yard slant and that's about it, but that may be all they need since Colbert and Smith are small.  As for their RBs I can't see either of the supposed two starters lasting so they may a RB by committee and those never work.

Hey I'll take the 7-yard slant all day long. Look at the steelers...besides a longball here and there, they just used short quick passes. Did them pretty well last season.

But they had a running game and it's been a few years since anyone on the Panthers ran for a full season.

Packers at 7-9 is also very optimistic.

I agree. The Packers will be lucky this year to even do as good as they did last year. I'm predicting 3-13 (possibly 2-14 if some injuries come up) for them and getting the #1 overall pick next year.

Hell, in the money leagues I'm in no one's even taken a sniff at Favre in a draft. I just don't see any talent on offence that's going to help them out and they'd better hope Rodgers can take over next year.

Too bad the Packers don't need a QB. They could either trade down and take defense or take Joe Thomas to protect Rodgers.

NFC Champion:

Cowboys (Seahawks Runner-Up)

AFC

AFC East:

1. Dolphins (10-6)

2. Patriots (8-8)

3. Jets (5-11)

4. Bills (3-13)

AFC North:

1. Steelers (14-2)

2. Bengals (11-5)

3. Ravens (8-8)

4. Browns (5-11)

1. Colts (14-2)

2. Jaguars (9-7)

Seahawks third in there division? good call on that

Seahawks will be 7-9 this year.

So they'll go 1-9 against anyone outside the NFC West? Ok.

I would draft Brady Quinn and then trade Rodgers. Quinn is more polished than Carson Palmer coming out of college.

After Thursday's performance he may be their best QB.

Edit: Goddamn I wish Plummer would go down with a career-ending injury. I can't way for Cutler to get in there.

The Cowboys deserve a little more respect than third, despite Terrell Owens.

In that division any team could come in first and any team could come in last. Although I suppose you could say that for any division in the NFL these days, this one is feasible.
