Anyone gone to a show yet? I'm going on the 23rd, and I'm really looking forward to it. What can I expect? Do they play mostly new stuff or old stuff? Cause IMO, the old stuff kicks the new stuff's ass. And hopefully they're fully clothed.

I have seen the chili peppers about 5 times, the first being in Dublin back home in 1994, up to 2003.

I am just about done with them, they sound the same, the music is all the same.

They do a good mix of old and new, but the singing sounds flat on some of the newer stuff

My brother went to see them... On October 2nd? Something like that, and he had a great time. Their stuff is always excellent live, no matter what they play, in most people's opinions (everyone I know who has went).

im excited since ive never seen RHCP in concert so if the set list is anything like the Boston one ill be even better

but i do like the new stuff as much as the old stuffk, the new stuff is in a bit of a different direction but i like it

I saw them back in june and it kicked ass as usual. I too wish they would play more bssm songs, i sure wish suck my kiss was still in the set list.

I saw them in Oakland back on August 24th. Absolutely insane. Right before the encore, my friend turned to me and said, "Hey, they didn't play a single BSSM song." And just then, the opening guitar riff to Give it Away came on, and the entire arena erupted into a unified wave of motion. Ridiculous.
