I don't think so, but it may have. What I can't believe is how he was able to set the screen and block the goalie for a good 5 seconds, and no one pushed him out of the way.

No, Zednik jumped, but I didn't see the puck change direction, but even on replay was hard to tell.

He is trying to deke too much, he should just skate in and shoot, his release is so quick, and deking isn't working for him

Initally, I thought the caps were taking dumb penalties, but the bottom part you bolded, is an edit I done, didn't want to bump it unneccessarily to the top.

The refs are so focused on the stupid minor infractions that they are killing the game, while letting charging and slashing go unpunished
