It was originally the Vic helmet, been around for a few years now. The funny thing is if it had an Easton, RBK or NBH logo people would be talking about how cool it is.

Yes companies do focus groups, too much at risk not to as your average helmet mold costs 250K per size. But even with that does not always spell success. And many times over the course of history NHL exposure has not always translated into great retail sales. Helmets often evolve over a period of time years not months.
