Dissapointed with GRAF Canada Customer Service

Recommended Posts

I usually don't make posts this about any company I deal with but I'm very upset with scenario.

I ordered a pair of T-Blades 3 weeks ago through my LHS, The represenative from GRAF Canada stated that they were on the way and going through customs and I should have had them last friday. Now the story has changed to "there on backorder" how did the story change from they have been shipped and going through customs to on backorder?

On top of the fact you can never get ahold a customer service represenative over there...

Sorry just venting, very frustrated with the scenario.

This might not be Graf's fault. Tblade is a seperate company that would supply Graf with the blades. Maybe Graf was working under the impression that their tblades would be in. Just a though about the situation.

I hear your point and it's understandable but every represenative we talked to was from GRAF Canada... and for them to tell us that the package had already shipped and was going through customs as we spoke wasn't very fair

Yea it appears GRAF bought T-blade. The customer service number for T-Blade is GRAF Canada.

I'm looking for a 256... so if anyone knows where I can find one at this point that would be great.

I would send you mine (just pay for shipping), but they are 288.

why dont you just purchase them off of site such as hockeymonkey or hockeygiant?

I ordered a pair of T-Blades 3 weeks ago through my LHS

Because some people believe in supporting their local store.

i went through a similar problem with my graf g3's. I was told i was going to get a replacement pair of skates after breaking my g3s, but it took about 6 months. They said they were shipped out, then they said they were at the store, then when i went to the store the salesman said that they never got them. Then i called graf and spoke to another guy at graf he said that they were never shipped out...ect. Horrible service which made me make the move to nikebauer.

Not the first time I've heard of problems with Graf customer service. In general Graf makes a quality product. It just seems like when you do have problems with their products it's almost like pulling eye teeth getting them to deal with it. You'd think they would like to take care of their customers the best way they can to help ensure they come back to their product in the future. Have they become so sure of their products that they've developed an arrogance when it comes to someone suggesting there is a small flaw with them? I don't know what it is but I've heard of several cases where people have switched to other companies because of all the hassles they've had. It's a shame because generally I like Graf products especially their 700/G series skates and personally I've never had any problems with any of their products. Unfortunately their products also reflect the quality in their prices. If I'm willing to shell out say 600 to 700 dollars for a pair of skates I'm also going to want some backup support if there is something wrong. If not I can see why I would rather go to another company with my hard earned dollars and get a decent product with some assurance of customer support service. Graf really needs to get on the bandwagon with this one or they'll go the way of the dinosaurs in todays competitive hockey equipment enviroment. I'm sure their top competition RBK, Bauer/Nike and Easton would love a piece of that pie. Take a good look Graf because the big three have some pretty innovative products out there and if you don't act your days will be numbered.
