RadioGaGa 162 Report post Posted January 5, 2007 I'd definitely consider myself a Hold 'Em rookie...I have a question about the ranking of hands...Heads Up...Let's say...2 players both make an identical Full House...(both are using 1 card from their hand and 4 from the table). One player has a higher card in their hand than the other...which is also higher than any of the cards that make up the FH. That card isn't used to decide the hand because it is other than the 5 cards that make a poker hand...so it would be a split pot, right?I think I'm describing it correctly. OhMyGodImOnFire 0 Report post Posted January 6, 2007 if you have the exact same hand, you take the other card that didnt make up the full house and whoever has the higher card wins (the kicker). if that other card you have is in the community it doesn't really count. otherwise, THEN it is a split pot.
